What Does Georgina Mazzeo Eat in a Day? My Healthy Daily Meal Routine

One of the most common questions I get on social media is:
“Georgina, what do you eat throughout the day?”

For me, eating healthy should also be fun and flexible. I like to keep my nutrition clean, but I’m not obsessed with perfection. Yes, there are exceptions — birthdays, celebrations, or that famous “cheat meal” moment (trust me, everyone has them!).

In an ideal week — let’s say 6 days out of 7 — this is what I genuinely enjoy cooking and eating with my family. It’s my real, unfiltered version of a balanced and nutrient-rich diet.


🍓 Healthy Breakfast

  • Whole grain oats cooked with oat milk, for that creamy, dairy-like texture (perfect if you’re lactose intolerant, like me).

  • Sweetened with brown sugar or natural honey.

  • Topped with low-sugar granola, strawberries, blueberries, sunflower seeds, and some mixed nuts.


🍽️ Clean and Flavorful Lunch

  • Grilled salmon, rich in omega-3.

  • A portion of white rice for energy.

  • Raw vegetables, especially kale (my go-to for its crunch and nutrition).


🫐 Light Snack

  • Dairy-free yogurt.

  • Fresh blueberries on top for antioxidants.


🥣 Comforting Light Dinner

  • Vegetable and potato cream soup, low in fat.

  • Topped with crunchy baked croutons.


This daily routine keeps my energy high, digestion light, and skin glowing.
